Email Verification Failed

Hi My email verification upload of 6K emails took close to 2 hours to process, Once it did, I said only 100 or 6K were good. Not a chance this is correct. Most of these emails are fine. I had several other columns of data (name, company, phone, etc ) on my CSV file I uploaded and it striped much of my data and put a bunch of question marks around many of the fields on the download file I got. Is there a specific format this data needs to be uploaded in?
