Error Adding Worksetup in Pabbly while using Telegram API

Hi team,
I'm trying to connect Google Sheets to Telegram using "API by Pabbly" with a GET method to send alert messages to a Telegram group.
The same API URL works perfectly in my browser, but when I click “Save & Send Test Request,” I get an “Error Adding Worksetup.”

API endpoint used:
https://api.telegram.org/bot/sendMessage?chat_id=&text=Test%20Alert

Please help me fix this. I’ve tried:
✅ Different payload types
✅ Hardcoded message
✅ Verified token, chat ID, and bot permissions
✅ Web works, but Pabbly throws error
