Eventbrite to Mailerlite connection

Still not working the integration. Trying to get customer details and send to details to mailerlite. Eventbrite can get details but not going into mailerlite.

I had 2 new people who signed up to my events and their email address isn't in my mailerlite

1. Unique information about the orders and attendees who were not added to MailerLite (e.g., email addresses or order IDs).
2. Confirmation of whether the workflow was triggered for the affected emails.
3. The task histories related to these specific instances.

Yes I can give you the order IDs. So for the latest one I can see that the API URL is different to the eventbrite get attendee by ID. Only 2 tasks are completely successfully out of the 4. Eventbrite get attendee by ID is not working so therefore it doesn't into Mailerlite.

Please share the specific Task History IDs where the subscriber was not added to your MailerLite account.

It seems that the Text Formatter was not set up properly in your workflow, which caused the Order ID to not fetch correctly. We have made the necessary changes on your behalf. Please test the workflow on your end.

thank you, I have tested it. It worked for one customer. Rest of the customers failed on execution with mailerlite.

You are receiving these errors because the value received under the Email field from the Eventbrite: Get Attendee by Order ID action step is not a valid email address. Please refer to the attached screenshots for more details.

We kindly request you to check and confirm if the email addresses for the failed attendees exist in Eventbrite.

yes they exist in eventbrite. How do I fix this? As I thought the previous person from Pabbly connect who helped me in this thread, resolved this issue, but I see that it's a difficult fix as it doesn't pick up the email 100% of the time? Could you please add a delay of 2-5 minutes between the Text Formatter and Eventbrite action events? Once you've made this adjustment, let us know if it resolves the issue.
