Facebook ads insights isn't getting all data

Hi, the action sometimes doesn't give me a full list of the campaigns. sometimes it misses out on adsets or ads (in other workflows)

I have 3 campaigns running.
1 campaign started from 7 oct 2025
2 campaigns started from 10 oct 2025.

The moment those 2 campaign started, the 1st campaign no longer gets pulled by the Facebook ads insights.

The one listed "kyle" isn't being pulled.

As you can see in my sheets. Notice 10-10 it's there, but 10-11 it's no longer there.

Hello @benjaminshuu,

Thank you for sharing the workflow details. Upon checking your workflow, we noticed that in the “Get Ad Account Insights” action, a filter has been applied to fetch details only from campaigns where the name does not contain “Kyle.”

Due to this condition, the campaign name including “Kyle” is being excluded from the data fetched by the workflow. Please refer to the attached images for a clearer understanding of the applied filter and its impact.

yes, that's what did after. I'm currently doing it manually, i run CONTAIN and NOT_CONTAIN
so i can get both now.

if you remove that, you'll see what i'm saying

So, if you understand what my point, is that I don't want to manually run CONTAIN and NOT_CONTAIN because if i don't use those fields, i should get both.

Thanks for sharing the update, @benjaminshuu.

When we tested your workflow without applying any filter to exclude campaigns containing “Kyle,” we were able to retrieve data for all campaigns. However, when checking the insights specifically for yesterday, no data appeared for the campaign named “Kyle.” This likely happened because there were no clicks or activity recorded for that campaign on that date.

When we fetched insights for a longer date range (monthly), the “Kyle” campaign data appeared correctly. Hence, it seems the missing data is due to no insights or interactions for that particular day rather than a filtering issue. Could you please verify this once in your Facebook Ads dashboard?

There's an error to your explanation logic.

If there is no clicks/activity, then if I set CONTAIN + "kyle", nothing should come up.
But once I do it,

It's there.

The reason why it's there when you set it to Month is because.... if you look at my first post here, you can see that the last time the data was pulled was on 10 October.

Try to pull everything from then on, and you'll see "Kyle" campaign is missing. But if you just filter CONTAIN + Kyle, it will show up.

Hello @benjaminshuu,

Thank you for sharing more context. Upon further checking, it appears that the level field is currently set to ad. Please change it to campaign to retrieve insights for all campaigns.

Hello @benjaminshuu,

We have added 50 in the limit field, and it seem to be capturing all the campaign details.

that's very interesting.. if there's no limit it will put its own limit?

thank you

Hello @benjaminshuu,

Yes, it seems to be a limitation of the API itself. If the limit is not set, it is by default set to 25.
