Facebook leads not Capturing

I'm trying to add connect facebook leads ads to google sheet but leads is not capturing

Can you please elaborate on the issue you are facing so we can look into it

Same issue which is facing last time, that time problem is from your end to communicate with facebook api, now again facing same issue, i receive blank leads with any data, (screenshot attached please solve it, ) i raise the issue 5 days before

We found that the "Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead Instant" step in Facebook is returning an "Invalid Access Token" error. This usually happens if your Facebook connection has expired, often due to a password change or a security update from Facebook. Due to which the subsequent step doesn't received the mapped details and the mail are sent without the subject and required details.

Please update or create a new Facebook connection and let us know if the issue persists.
