Fallback value input required, if a module has an error. Possible?

Currently have a field set up as below and need any errors to default to a set value...

Hello @Mmmk

Can you please provide us with the workflow URL so we can look for a workaround

However, I'm afraid that the use case you are trying to achieve is not possible as the functionality you are looking for is not available under this module currently.

Thanks for your quick response.

Module 24

In this example the model 24, is dependant on a preceeding database module, so I am trying to achieve a fallback if there is no data in the external database (i.e. Airtable), that is currently causing an error. As it stands if there is no data in the preceeding module, there will be an error.
Furthermore, currently module 24, is on the critical path and is required for subsequent modules (I.E Plutio, in the Router section/actions) to update accordingly.

I am sure there would be a workaround and know the Brains Trust will have another idea, that I have not thought about. Thanks!

Hello @Mmmk

We have added an action step named "Text Formatter (Pabbly): Default Value" to your workflow before the "AwarenessLead source (ProspectClient)" action step and map the response received from that step to the "AwarenessLead source (ProspectClient)" action step, refer to the attached screenshot.

If this action receives the key it will return the value according but if it doesn't it will return the default value in this case its "Other". Please check if this works for you and let us know.
