FB lead gen form not working in real time

I have created two workflows but I have noticed that the responses that I am getting are not being populated in real time. There is a lag of several hours between the lead that has come in FB dashboard and when I am getting it in my CRM. why is this happening??

We want to bring to your attention an ongoing issue impacting our Facebook Lead Ads integration in Pabbly Connect. Due to recent changes on Meta's end, we are currently experiencing difficulties in receiving new leads through the Facebook Lead Ads API. Werden die Leads, die sich in der Zwischenzeit eingetragen haben, nachgesendet?
Ich kann die Daten der Leads auch nicht im Werbeanzeigenmanager herunterladen. Ich weiß, dass neue Leads dazu gekommen sind, aber auf der Excel-Liste sind sie nicht.

Weird, I'm able to download them from both ads manager and fb forms page.
Ich sehe im Werbeanzeigenamanager 8 Leads aber auf der Excel-Liste sind nur 7
