Filter on Text no longer working

Hi, Recently our filters are no longer working based on text. It does not recognize it, even tho it is in the pabbly editor.

Could someone check why it is not recognizing the characters. It used to be working, and I can see Pabbly is receiving the filled in information. Somehow they just can't do anything with is.
