First and Last step working but not middle Converbox > Sendy > Google sheets

hello,

I have a workflow that is Converbox > Sendy > Google sheets. and on testing I receive no errors, data shows up in Google sheets. BUT no data is appearing in Sendy. I have other workflows connected to the same sendy account, but different lists, so I have set it up before successfully.
