Getting Duplicate Orders in shopity
Status: Open · Asked by chandan_78487 on · 0 views
I have an automation that syncs orders from Shopify Store 1 to Store 2.
I copied my existing automation and changed the product values to create a new one. Now when an order is placed, I'm getting TWO orders created in Store 2 - one with the old product and one with the new product.
I added product filters but it's still creating duplicates. I also tried placing a test order from the new automation only, but still getting the same duplicate issue.
Questions:
- Are both automations (old and new) running at the same time causing this?
- How do I turn off the old automation properly?
- How to set up filters correctly to prevent duplicates?
- How to clear any pending tasks from the old automation?
