Google Business Profile reply error

Out of sudden, my Google Business Profile can't create reply. The error message is "Request had invalid authentication credentials. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential. See https://developers.google.com/identity/sign-in/web/devconsole-project."

Upon checking the shared screenshot, it appears that your connection with Google Business Profile has expired, which is causing the issue. Kindly update your existing connection or set up a new one, and let us know how it goes.
