Hello Pabbly Connect Support Team,

I need your help with an automation I’m building.

I am trying to create a workflow where a Webhook trigger starts the automation and then creates an event in Google Calendar.

So far, I have successfully:

  • Connected the webhook trigger
  • Connected my Google Calendar account
  • Granted all required permissions/access
  • Filled in the event details without issue

However, the problem happens when I click “Save & Send Test Request.” I receive the error shown in the attached screenshot:
  • Error Code: 400
  • Reason: badRequest
  • Message: Bad Request

I’m not sure what this means or how to fix it.

I already double-checked the Google Calendar connection and permissions, so I would really appreciate your guidance on what could be causing this issue.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Hi @Marissa Cano,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the detailed information.

We have checked your workflow, and the Google Calendar action is now executing successfully within the workflow builder. It appears that the current workflow structure differs from the one used during the failed task history, which suggests that some changes have been made and the issue is now resolved.

We recommend running the workflow in a live/automation scenario to verify everything works as expected.

If you still encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out and share the latest task history, and we will be happy to assist you further.
