Google Contacts - Labels

Hello, I am trying to extract label names out of Google Contacts.
There is a Label ID Field - ContactGroupID which i am currently using however, is there any way to be able to extract the actual name of the label ?

In terms to get the Label name, you need to pass/map the ContactGroupMembership ContactGroupResourceName in the Group field.

Yes I can see that labels are essentially a related table, but how do we pass/map the
ContactGroupMembership ContactGroupResourceName in the Group field? is there some kind of guide or example I've been trying to do this for hours and cannot figure it out
