Google contacts not triggering new contact save

my automation Google LG Contact to Excel Sheet Work Flow is not triggering when i save a new number on my phone android (google contact)
Till 19th sept 2024 it was working fine and after that it didnt work (even though no one made any changes)

Please not that the polling time for this trigger is 10mins.

It's not working or getting triggered though it's fetching new data but whenever I'm updating any contact or creating it doesn't get triggered.

Can you please make a new test contact and update us on the same so we can better look into the issue Please mention the contact details of the test entry.

Hi, i created a google contact today (03/10/2024) at 12.10pm. Screenshot attached. i waited for 15 minutes. Still i cant see that contact name in my google sheet named "LG Contacts Android to Gsheet"

As we have checked on our end we didn't get the contact created by you using the concerned email. Although we can notice that the workflow is now working fine. Please refer to the attached screenshot for more info.
