Google Review Chatgpt - no comment error

in chat gpt prompt i have to map comment so it will respond based on the comment.
the problem comes when there is no comment. data not found it won't move on to next.
tried to add router. it kept getting error it won't save the prompt. "error adding workstep flow" this is after i enter chatgpt.
