Hey, in my case, I'm facing a different issue. , whenever a new lead is triggered from Facebook and when the lead needs to be added to the Google Sheet, somehow it is getting added on the first row, which is even above the header row. , how do I get it to the last row?
I'm facing some weird problem here. , so I have set up an automation to pass Facebook Lead to Google Sheets. And, I have selected the automation for Add New Row. So whenever a Facebook Lead is received, I pass it to the Google Sheet to add as a new row. Initially it was working fine, but today something strange happened. The new lead is actually getting added on the top row and not the last empty row. This is strange. And I don't know how to fix this. Can you please help? The newly added row is added even on top of the header row.
Hi @Vikas,
This usually happens when Column A in the Google Sheet does not have a proper header.
We recommend you try the following:
- Open your Google Sheet
- Make sure Column A has a header in the first row
- If the headers are shifted or missing, move/add them properly in the top row
- Then test the workflow again and check whether the new row gets added at the last empty row correctly
If the issue still persists, feel free to let us know, and we’ll help you further.
