Google Sheet and Semaphore

Hello! I'm looking to get information on a workflow if it's possible with pabbly.
We have a google sheet of orders that has one column for order status.
Each order will only have 1 status, but statuses can revolve from new, picked, fulfilled, shipped, delivered, cancelled,
I want to use this column as a trigger to send an SMS using Semaphore.
How do I do this?
I have already started with workflow testing, but my problem is that for teh Semaphore "Mobile Number" and "Message" field, I need those columns to reference a column on the google sheet since each order will have different phone numbers. How will I do this?
