Hi! I have created a workflow to send information from Helius.dev to Notion and Telegram each time there is a new Sale event
Eveything works fine when testing the workflow, but then nothing happens in real life, when Helius sending information via Pabbly webhook to Pabbly
I can see the counter on Helius.dev increasing for each new event, so I believe Helius is sending information via Pabbly webhook, but then nothing happens
I need to figure out where the problem is but apparently all seems ok in terms of settings!
any help? Any previous experience with Helius.dev?

Can you please check in task History to check if Helius.dev has sent the data or not

As I have checked the workflow history, it seems only one task history is been completely executed as else all failed in the filter step.
I am unable to understand the exact issue you are facing, but if the issue is regarding the workflow not getting triggered I would recommend you to use the webhook.site to see if the webhook response is capturing correctly. Please refer to this tutorial to learn more about webhook.site -

I have followed the instructions in the vid you sent to me and I get this: status":"success","message":"Response Accepted"}
So now what’s the next step to troubleshoot?
And yes, Helius is sending data (please see attached pic)

As I have checked the workflow task history, I noticed a few successful task histories for today and yesterday, refer to the attached screenshot. Please check and let us know if all the recently sent data has got captured or not.
Yes , actually I have been able to get something. Doing some test right now. I believe the problem is in the filter but I still need to understand the logic behind. Anyhow, thanks for support , I think I’ll fix by myself !
