Help Finishing Workflow

Hello,

I've been working on this workflow and I can get the Heartbeat DM to send in both router conditions. However, when I add the step for Heartbeat to "remove user from group" and another step to "add user to group" both steps in the "Pass" router, it doesn't work. Is this possible to do? At minimum, I would like to add the user to a group. But I would like it to remove one group tag and add another. The task history says everything is successful but the group tags aren't removed or added inside Heartbeat.

In the 'Add Users to a Group' action step, you hadn’t mapped the email address from the previous step. We have done that on your behalf—please check if this resolves the issue and the user gets added to the group named 'Maker'.
