Help Needed: Synamate Appointment Booking Form Connect with Pabbly

While connecting synamate appointment booking form to google sheet - Im using the webhook - but the challenge is Im unable to pull the entire data with test entry which I can map with the excel columns. Booking form has a lot of questions but the test submission only pulls the name and email.
How to submit a real test entry and just that pulled in the sysnamate data so that I can map with google sheet.
