Hippovideo webhook not working

I am trying to set up a workflow where I record if/when someone watches a HippoVideo video. I did the webhook integration and ran a test, but no view is being recorded in Pabbly

Since you're adding a webhook in HippoVideo, it depends on their application whether it sends data to the webhook. The event will only be recorded in Pabbly if HippoVideo triggers and sends a response.

To check this, please:

• Take a webhook URL from a testing site (e.g., webhook.site).
• Add it to your HippoVideo setup.
• Trigger the event and check if any data is received.

If no response is captured there, we recommend contacting HippoVideo support, as the issue is likely from their end.
