This timestamp comes from a TikTok lead, and I'm trying to convert it using a number formatter (e.g., in Excel, Google Sheets, or another tool). What formula or method should I use to convert this number into a readable date-time format? i want it to appear as ISO 8601 Format once i passed down to the Gsheet as a leads data.
