How can I delete My Templates given name from being sent as part of email design

Hello Support Team,

How can I delete My Template given name from being sent as part of email design. I have not added this as a text field nor do I see this in my design template to delete or omit. See attached screenshots.

To test the issue you reported, we sent the same template in a campaign to one of our test email addresses. Upon checking, the email was received correctly, and the template name was not displayed anywhere in the received email.

Based on our testing, the template appears to be functioning as expected from our end.

Could you please try sending a test campaign from your end once more and check whether the template name is still appearing in the received email? If the issue persists, kindly share:

• A fresh screenshot of the received email showing the template name.

• The recipient email address used for testing.
