How can I extract the First name from a Full name string?

I have a workflow that integrates Aweber and salesforce. The subscriber name from Aweber is captured as one field, while I need to create the subscriber name in Salesforce as first-name and other-names. Please assist on how to do that.

You can separate the first name and last name by using the Text Formatter - Split Text action. Please refer to the attached image for more details.
