How can I get availability slots in Google Calendar within the next 14 days?

Hi Friends,

I’d like to ask how I can retrieve availability from Google Calendar so that my outbound AI call agent can schedule a meeting with a prospect in real time—based on the current time and future availability according to my rules set inside Google Calendar.

I’ve tried using the Get Free/Busy action, but it didn’t return the results I expected.

You can try using the action named Google Calendar: Get Free/Busy Information to get the information and let us know if helps you get the required info.

It means between the entered days, the busy slots are on March 31st from 1 PM to 4 PM. Let me know if you need any further details!

Does this apply to my Bookable Appointment Schedule?
That’s what I’m trying to say—it’s incorrect. According to the rules set in my calendar:

Nothing should be bookable after 2 PM on weekdays.
Busy slots should be from 9 AM to 11 AM.
Only 12 PM and 1 PM should be available.

And as you can see, that’s not what’s showing.

I received this, but I’m not sure what it means. Can you explain it to me?
Also, how can I translate this into a useful time slot that I can show or use for booking?

After thoroughly testing the endpoint, our team has confirmed that it only returns the busy slots of the calendar and does not provide information on the available slots.
