How can I see older workflow view in newer view ?

The workflow link that you have shared was created in the Old workflow builder means Version 1. It seems you created the workflow from a template or someone shared a workflow with you. The image that you have shared for a workflow is created in the New workflow builder, which means Version 2. Unfortunately, the version of either of the workflows cannot be changed. If a workflow is created in version 1 then it will remain in version 1, and if a workflow is created in version 2, then it will remain structured as version 2.

In your case, you can refer to the workflow structure created in version 1 and create a similar workflow in version 2, referring to the steps and adding similar steps in the same manner to create the workflow in version 2.
