How can I send WooCommerce order status update via messenger sendpulse?
What trigger events should be selected?
How many workflows should be made?

This use case can be acheived using a single workflow. You can set the trigger event as order updated, add a filter to check for the required status, and then you send the data to Sendpulse and select the appropriate action event(refer to the attached image for more info).
