hi, i just want to ask how long or is it immediate for export leads to finally appear in the google sheet using pabbly?

The time it takes for leads to appear in Google Sheets depends on how your website is connected to Pabbly.

If you are using the Pabbly Webhook trigger and have correctly added the generated webhook URL to your website, then the data is sent in real-time. In this case, the lead should appear in Google Sheets almost immediately after the form is submitted.

However, if you are using any third-party integration or a polling-based trigger, there might be a slight delay depending on that platform.

If you let us know which platform your website is built on, we can give you a more specific answer.

we use swipeone or swipepages, does that cuase delay and if it is, what is the right thing to do?

You can use the trigger “Swipe Pages → New Form Submission” in Pabbly Connect, please note that this is a webhook-based instant trigger. This means the data is sent to Pabbly in real-time.

So ideally, once someone submits the form on SwipePages, the lead should appear in your Google Sheet almost immediately (within a few seconds). There is no polling delay with this trigger.
