How to Automate Sending Data from Google Sheets to WhatsApp Numbers?

Hello,
I am receiving data in my Google Sheet from Firebase, which includes images and numbers. The goal is to send these images to the corresponding numbers automatically. This process should be automated to send the images as soon as Firebase updates the Google Sheet, or it should trigger new data to be sent automatically every hour, or at a similar interval.
I initially attempted to achieve this using Google Sheets and WhatsApp Cloud API, but it only worked the first time after setup and then stopped functioning. Do you have any suggestions on alternative methods to achieve this?
