Hello Everyone,
I run an airport transfer service in Melbourne and I am looking for the best way to automate Taxi to Melbourne Airport bookings using Pabbly Connect.
I would like to:
• Capture booking requests from my website
• Send automatic confirmation emails to customers
• Save booking details in Google Sheets
• Notify drivers instantly about new bookings
• Reduce manual booking management
Has anyone built a similar workflow? I would appreciate any suggestions, examples, or best practices.

First of all can we put webhook inside your website? If yes then this is straightforward workflow.
you can follow below steps:
1. Trigger Pabbly Connect when a customer submits a booking.
2. Add the booking details to Google Sheets for record-keeping.
3. Send Confirmation Email → Automatically send a booking confirmation to the customer via Gmail, SMTP, or another email service.
4. Send instant notifications to drivers through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or Telegram.
5. Optionally notify your operations team via Slack or email.
