how to create a fix time schedule for mulitple posts

i have social media posting workflow. i am taking data from google sheets. i want to post 5 posts daily. exactly at 5pm, 7, 9, 11, 1am.
the delay function does not allow me to post them at exact time. so do i have to create 5 different workflows and run each workflow at specified time or is there anyother and better way to achieve this.
