How to run only one item in RSS feed at a time

I have a simple workflow that takes new content from a RSS feed, then posts that content on social media. But sometimes there are multiple new items in that feed.
How do I limit it to only post the latest item in that feed, and not all of the new items at one time?

Ideally, I DO want to post all of the new items in the feed, but not all at once. Is there a way to delay how quickly it posts?
I put a delay task at the end of the workflow, but that did not delay anything.

Do I need to put the delay after the RSS task and before the posting to social media task?

Hi @Joel,

For this use case, you need to add a Delay After Queue as Step 3 of your workflow. For now, we’ve added this on your behalf. This will help you post each feed with a delay of 33 minutes.
