We need pass the property_id value to checkout page so, that i can will be available in subscription details after the creation of subscription. And we don't want to show this property id field anywhere in the checkout page. Every subscription is tied with property so, we need to pass the property_id.
Hello Binaya,
Greetings !!
Yes, you can achieve the above use case by creating a custom field inside your Pabbly Subscription Billing account. You can keep this custom field as a hidden field so that the user would not be able to see this field in the checkout page. Then, you can pass the value in the field according to your requirement using the prefill option. Please refer to the help document below for a step-by-step guide on how to create custom fields in Pabbly Subscription Billing and how to prefill the fields on the checkout page.

Need one more help on setting the custom expiry date for the plan. It will be different for different customer. How can we achieve this?
Hello @binaya
Subscription cancellation depends on the type of plan you create. Currently, there is no option to automatically set a custom expiry date depending on different for different customer. However, you can manually change the billing date of a subscription. Please refer to the help document below for more details.

Hello MukeshR,
For our use case, we need to expire few of our subscription plan. Lets say user's tenancy agreement ends on the 14th Jan then we need to expire the planned subscription of user by 28Jan and they shouldn't be billed again because some of them are one time service. In this case how can we expire the subscription in our desired date ? Or this feature is not available ?
Hello @binaya ,
You can cancel or expire the subscription according to your own requirements. To do so, please refer to the help document below, which guides you on how to cancel the existing ongoing subscription on your end.

Alright Noted ! Thanks.
Hi @MukeshR, We will expire/cancel the property manually, there is no issue on that but is there anyway using which we can update Pabby’s expiry date in the subscription/plan ? Because right now we are creating the custom expiry date for each of the subscription & this date is different than the expiry date in pabbly so, we want to make it uniform in pabbly & our crm . Is it doable ?
