Anna Shannon — Question ·
Hi, I have a trigger to send an email in my workflow.

At present, I have done the TEXT email option and sent a link to a survey, but its pretty boring and ugly.

I'd like to embed the survey into the email and have the embed code, but if I choose 'HTML' email option and paste the embed code I can never save or send test request, it just does the spinning wheel of death and nothing happens.

I notice there is a help guide that says "Enter the Message. Do not pass any double quotes inside the content."

but obviously HTML code has double quotes so this might be the issue, how do I get around this please?

Hello there,

Thanks for contacting us.

I would like to inform you that forms and survey forms cannot be embedded in the email content. You can only share the form links in the emails, as Emails have limitations on embedded content, due to which the survey form was not embedded in the email.

Thanks & Regards,
