I cannot delete this app

My app Pabbly filter suddenly change to this icon and cannot be deleted. Please help

Please try clearing your browser cache and then refresh the Pabbly Connect page. Sometimes cached data can cause icons or interface elements to display incorrectly.

I have clearing all browser data in my google chrome. But still cannot delete the app
