In pabbly chatflow , why flow is not getting triggered?

Dear support team ,

even though flow created it is not getting triggered.
actually it is my 1st flow to create automation /chatbot.
I added two working numbers but it is not working / triggered
please rectify issue.
( can access account and check)

It seems that the webhook from the Meta is not receiveing, due to which the new chats are not receiving and neither the flow is getting triggered.

Kindly follow these steps, and configure the webhook in Meta Developer again and make sure all the toggle are turned on.

Once, this step is Done, move from configurations to Api Setup in Meta Developer and click the Generate access token button.

Once, these steps are done, go to Pabbly Chatflow, refresh the application and then try sending a message from another number to your Chatflow number and let us know if you were able to see it under your Pabbly Chatflow Inbox.

I made on all changes in meta developer account i) turn on all sunscription as said ii ) webhook toke, iii) webhook url paster and made refreshed

still flow is not triggered , could you check regex n all is all correct? in SS , can see all "hi" message is received just now. also note i have generatd permannet token.

Thank you for the update. We tested the flow by sending a “hi” to your number, and the test triggered successfully on our end.

Please note that in your earlier test, the trigger did not fire because the chat status was set to Intervened. The flow will only trigger when the chat status is Open. Kindly refer to the attached images for better understanding.
