Insert data from the previous step and mapping issue

Why is it that when I map my data it's all good (image 1) but when I save and refresh to check it's all broken (image 2)? Is there something I'm not doing to prevent this? Or how can I properly save the mapped data? It's consuming too much time to fix this on my own as this is supposed to be a mapped data-save thing. Can somebody please help me?

We have checked the workflow, remapped the details in the message field, and saved the action step then refreshed the page and the message field persists to have the data as I have mapped it. Please refer to the attached screenshot for more info.

There doesn't seem to be a specified reason for the issue you have faced, it might have been caused by to browser cache. We hope you do not face the issue later, but if the problem arises please let us know,
