Integrate VBOUT with Intercom

I want to have an integration between VBOUT and Intercom in such a way that all conversations that will happen with any of the customers in intercom will get added to VBOUT so that the VBout platform will show all messages exchanged between us and contact

Sir, can you help me know what it can be achieved wrt Triggers and Actions

I envisage the following scenario that whenever a new contact is added in VBOUT there will be a message sent to the contact thru Intercom and from thereon the conversations exchanged beween the contact and us will be added to VBOUT in such a way that we will not have to seperately login to Intercom to check the communication exchanged between the contact and us

It seems that your use case is not achievable. Although, can you please confirm where you want to add the conversation in VBOUT

i want to add the conversations to the timeline of vbout.

I'm told by VBOUT chat support that : You can push data to timeline using API calls: https://developers.vbout.com/docs/1_0/#tag/Settings/operation/delete-settings-deletecustomshortcode

You can try using the "VBOUT: Custom API Request (Beta)" action and opt for the "Custom Shortcodes" endpoint and let us know if it works for you.
