IP Change?

Hello!
We are power users of pabbly and the mySQL integration. This morning we are having several issues connecting to our SQL database. It seems like it is possible that the pabbly ip may have changed? Can someone look into this ASAP. I have the original pabbly IP whitelisted of course but we are having some major database connection issues.

There hasn’t been any change in Pabbly Connect’s IP. Could you please share the Workflow URL where you’re facing this concern? Also, try connecting with your MySQL database using the classic interface and see if that resolves the issue.

This is happening in call workflows with steps to call from our mySQL database. @ArshilAhmad Here is one example:

Please whitelist the IP address 157.180.81.74 on your servers and check if that resolves the issue. Your MySQL database should allow connections from this IP address, so make sure to add it to your MySQL allowed IPs.
