I just set up a webhook and the success seems to confirm that Pabbly is built as a front end to Brevo - is this incorrect?image.png

Hello,

Pabbly Email Marketing is built and maintained entirely by the Pabbly team. It is not a frontend of Brevo, nor are we using a whitelabeled version of Brevo.

In the webhook response, the "provider": "Brevo" field refers to the SMTP server provider through which the email is being sent. If you are using a Custom SMTP server, it may be configured to use Brevo's SMTP infrastructure, which is why Brevo appears as the provider.

The webhook URL is used only to receive event notifications (such as Delivered, Bounced, and Spam events) from the SMTP server. Pabbly Email Marketing simply receives these responses from the SMTP provider so that the event status can be updated in your account. The webhook URL is typically configured on the SMTP server side to send these events back to Pabbly.

Thanks & Regards,
Arshil Ahmad
