Issue Creating GHL Sub-Accounts via Pabbly - “Company Does Not Have Access to This Feature” Error

Hi team,

I used to be on the Pabbly Connect $39/month plan (20,000 tasks) and had GoHighLevel’s $497/month SaaS Pro plan with API access.

Later, I downgraded GHL to $297/month (no API) and switched Pabbly to the free plan.
Recently, I’ve upgraded again to:
• Pabbly 10,000 tasks/month ($19/month)
• GoHighLevel $497/month plan (API access included)

Now, I want to automatically create a sub-account in GHL when a form is submitted using Pabbly, just like I used to.

But when I try using my old Pabbly automation, it gives this error:
“The company does not have access to this feature.”

Can you help me understand:
1. Why this is happening now despite having the right GHL plan again and using the same connections?
2. Is there something I need to re-authorize or reset to regain sub-account creation access via Pabbly?

Thanks,
Oscar

Hi @oscarbnihrane,

Could you please share the Workflow URL where you have this concern?

Since you downgraded and later upgraded again, there's a good chance the old OAuth/API authorization is no longer valid. I'd try disconnecting and reconnecting the GoHighLevel account in Pabbly, then verify that SaaS Pro features and API permissions are fully active in your agency account. The error message sounds more like an access or permission issue than a problem with the workflow itself.
