Issue with a cell

Good morning, I have an issue with the integration of an Elementor form with Google Sheets. What happens is that the row updates correctly, and all the data is sent for every field except for one specific one. As a result, I end up with an empty cell, and I don't understand why. Has this ever happened to anyone? Can you help me? Thank you very much!
