Hello guys,

I use to have a connexion FB ads > Pabbly > Mailchimp to create new members in mailchimp. After 2 years, I am fed up with these error message because "email already exist" in mailchimp. So i decided to push forward and add the "router" step to update member if email already exist in mailchimp OR create new member with custom field if email does not exist.
But... I can't make it work. I keep having errors. I have red most of the forum about problems I met but I can't fix it.

Problem is either :

This member's status is "unsubscribed." You can only update email addresses for members with a status of "subscribed."
> whereas member appears subscribed in mailchimp.

or

Required field Email missing. Learn more: https://forum.pabbly.com/threads/how-to-fix-required-field-is-missing-errors-in-pabbly-connect.7488/
> whereas the required field seems properly mapped.

To be honest, I'm getting a bit discouraged.

Can I share my workflow here or is it tricky ? I'm sorry, I'm not a specialist / tech at all.

Thanks for your help

Thank you so much for your help. I'm checking that everything is working, but the first leads already seem to be going well with the creation of new members. I'm waiting to see if the update is going well too.
PS: if I re-exacute the previous failed tasks, will it consider your modifications ?

Hello @VincentC,

Yes, it will work as per the modified workflow structure.

Ok great. One last question. If member has unsubscribe from mailchimp, workflow's error message says it is not possible to update member since he has unsubscribe. Do you know if it's possible de re-susbcribe the members as he resubmits the form via FB ads ?
