Issue with Saving Payment Details in Pabbly Subscription Billing

We attempted to create payment details using Pabbly Subscription Billing; however, the Save button is not functioning correctly. As a result, the system is not generating a new payment link.

Kindly review the attached screenshot and assist us in identifying and resolving this issue at the earliest.
