Lag / Delay between Hubspot Contact Created and trigger Execution

Hi there,
Been trying to set up a simple workflow to run on Hubspot contact updates / creation further filtering these down to than activate a Webhook to activate a Call back agent.
However we are seeing huge delays between the contact creation when a Hubspot form is submitted and when the actual Pabbly trigger activates the workflow.
Any suggestions/ advice on how to solve this?
Or are you having any outages that might be impacting this?

Hi @m@octo360,

HubSpot has polling-based triggers, which means that Pabbly Connect checks for new or updated contacts in your HubSpot account, and if any are found, your workflow is triggered. We have reduced the trigger interval time for both your workflows to 10 minutes, which should help the workflow trigger within 10 minutes of a new contact being added or an existing contact being updated.

Hey there, is it possible to have it “instantanous” or within a minute or 2 maximum? We have this workflow tied to a form for an AI agent call back and it looses its interest if the call back is after 10minutes

Hi @m@octo360,

At present, this is not possible with polling triggers. However, you may submit a request for instant triggers on our public roadmap. Our team will review it and, if feasible, consider adding it in a future update.
