Thanks for reaching out to us! We've researched your use case, and here's what we found:

Since your number is currently a WhatsApp Business App number, capturing the messages received on it will require connecting it to the WhatsApp Cloud API. However, WhatsApp Cloud API currently only allows BSPs (Business Solution Providers) or Tech Providers to enable the Coexistence feature — this is what lets a WhatsApp Business App number also use the WhatsApp Cloud API to send and capture incoming/outgoing messages. So using the Cloud API directly, without going through a third-party Tech Provider, won't be possible in your case.

The good news is that we have a product called Pabbly Chatflow, which is a registered Tech Provider and can help you set this up. Once you connect your WhatsApp Business App number to Pabbly Chatflow, you'll be able to capture these messages, and from there you can send that data over to Pabbly Connect and use it to automatically add entries into Google Sheets.
