Looks like the daily scheduler module is having issues. How come the 9th doesn't trigger workflows for some projects?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
It appears that at the scheduled time on the 9th, there may have been a temporary issue on the server, which caused the scheduler to not execute the workflow. However, the scheduler seems to be functioning normally now.
