MAGIC Checkout order created . how to connect this event

i am the new user of pabbly . i have an issue with my account connecting to razor pay . my issue is when some one are going to buy the product from my website . but he just create the order through magic checkout but didn,t placed the order how can i retarget that customer to complete his purchase .
