Microsoft Teams - No Team or Channels Found

Yesterday I was getting the 'invalid_client' error message that was posted by a few others. 
Today I was able to reestablish the connection, but when I go to select the team and channel to post in I am not given any options. 
I created a new MS Teams connection and still have the same result. 
Please advise.

Could you please reconnect the Microsoft Teams application as a new connection and record the whole process as a screen video so that we can understand the issue in a better way? Make sure to establish the connection in the Incognito mode of the browser.
