Monday.com Webhook Failing & Lack of Options

I have just signed up to Pebbly because of the support with Monday.com but not only can I not connect a single web hook, but there is a serious lack of options. When trying to to create a web hook I am getting the error "The provided URL has not returned the requested challenge."

I have followed the instructions and connected Monday but still failing. I also notice there are only a handful of options, what I really wanted to do was use. the "When a new update is posted on a subitem" web hook but there is no option. Please advise before I request my money back. Thank you

Regarding the error “The provided URL has not returned the requested challenge,” this issue has already been identified by our team and is currently under investigation. Our developers are working on resolving it. Kindly allow us some time, and we will share an update here as soon as it is fixed.

As for your second concern about the missing trigger option for “when a new update is posted on a subitem,” please note that while this specific event may not appear as a separate option in the trigger, you can still select the relevant subitem event (e.g., subitem updated) while creating the webhook in monday.com. The webhook will then receive responses whenever that event occurs.

Once the challenge verification issue is resolved, you should be able to complete the webhook setup by following the steps mentioned in the trigger configuration and selecting the appropriate event in monday.com.

We would like to inform you that the issue has now been resolved. Kindly create a new connection for your Monday.com account in the trigger and try running the workflow again.

Once the new connection is established, the trigger should work as expected.
